We know coffee. And we know design. How 'bout we handle most of the above so you don't have to? Oh yeah. It's possible.
Phase 1:
Brand Assessment
After we determine a fit between us, we begin our process by collaborating with our sister company, Pomelo, to assess pretty much every single part of your business, including (but not limited to):
Identity (Brand Framework, Visual Assets)
Process (Operations, Sales, Finances)
Product (Packaging, Pricing, Sales Channels)
Marketing (Social Media, Website, Google Analytics, Print Material)
What’s working? What’s not working? Who knows…perhaps what’s really hurting your business is lack of strategy around your packaging, not that new influencer you hired for social media content. We’ll find out together.
Phase 2:
Strategy & Development
So, what do we do with all those insights from the brand assessment? Well, all of the data gathered gives us insights to make key recommendations for your business, but they’re really to inform us on how we can be a long-term strategic partner.
Think of the Brand Assessment like that year or two you spent learning how to ride your bike with training wheels. Once you learn how to pedal, turn, and break, it’s pretty easy to transition to riding without them. It may feel a little strange at first, but once you’re able to keep that balance, you’ll have no problem riding for miles. Heck, you may even take your hands off the handlebars. The point is, the more we learn about your brand in the beginning, the better we help you long term and help you gain more time for doing what you do best.
Our key recommendations are typically organized by highest to lowest priority. They will include a breakdown of next steps, along with an accurate timeline of what that engagement could look like. Here are some hypothetical examples:

CO
Once you’ve decided which recommendations you’d like to move forward with and what makes sense for your budget, we get to work.
We think of our clients as collaborators - so rest assured: outside of our project management tools and recurring meetings, you are welcome to be involved as little or as much as you’d like (within reason, of course! nothing crosses the finish line without your approval 😉)
While every project and every client is different, our goal is to be here for the long run. And just so you know, we’re never going to pitch you something we don’t think you actually need.
